The start of the pulse
After years of hearing and helping with problems our customers were facing with their faceless Communications Provider and their poor scripted support, we decided there was only one thing to do to help them, create our own communications company and do it better ourselves! So, the Pulse began. Over the last 5 years we have built strong relationships with many clients and suppliers alike. We pride ourselves on the quality of our service and our flexible approach.

Claire is a stickler for efficiency and runs the order processing and quality control area of the business.

Amy has an eye for details and runs all the bookkeeping and accounts for the business.

Pete is head cable installations and can find cable routes around any building.

The young gun of the team is head of social media and marketing.
